Gamma Theta ("we", "our", "us") operates the Gamma agentic platform, which helps law firms qualify leads and schedule consultations via WhatsApp.

When you message us via WhatsApp we collect:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number and display name
  • The content of messages you send
  • Information you voluntarily provide (name, city, case type)
  • Message timestamps and delivery status

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your legal enquiries and schedule consultations
  • To qualify and route your case to the appropriate team
  • To send you appointment confirmations and follow-ups via WhatsApp
  • To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI agent

4. WhatsApp and Meta

Our platform communicates via the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Message delivery is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to Meta or any third party.

5. Data retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 2 years to maintain case continuity. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

7. Security

All data is stored on encrypted Azure infrastructure. Conversation data is accessible only to authorised staff and the AI agent acting on their behalf.
